Step behind the bar for a hands-on martini masterclass with the Left Bank's London-trained expert. Learn the secrets of three signature martinis, shake or stir them yourself, and enjoy three perfectly matched bites. Plus, your creations will be judged and the winner scores a prize.

Learn how to make a blood orange and vanilla martini, a kiwi and coconut martini and a porn star martini. Bites include a shucked oyster with mignonette, wild mushroom and truffle arancini and popcorn cauliflower, with kimchi and a crispy garlic glaze.
