Victorian Artists Society Gallery hosts Imprint - a storytelling event - that combines art, word and song through a program of exhibitions, events, workshops, and a symposium, running over four weeks.
Imprint is a coming together of scholars, artists, practitioners, and creativity enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas and explore the relationship between art and storytelling.
The event also features the solo exhibition Descript by Jennifer Fyfe that presents a body of work created over five years.
Come along to the official opening of Imprint on Wednesday 16 April, noon to 3.30pm, including the first official viewing of the Descript exhibition. Explore a compelling collection of vintage texts, oil paintings and community stories, while meeting the artist herself and discussing the creative process.
