Join the Hellenic Museum on the first Saturday of the month for a tour through 8,000 years of history.
This one-hour guided tour walks visitors through the Gods, Myths & Mortals exhibition which features over 200 treasures on loan from the Benaki Museum, Athens. This remarkable collection of art, pottery, statues, jewellery, costumes, manuscripts and weapons traces how Greek civilisation influenced – and was influenced by – the course of 8,000 years. Have the opportunity to ask questions about the exhibition, the Museum's broader collections and the history of the former Royal Mint building.
Tours run on the first Saturday monthly and are presented in English. Tickets include general admission, with visitors encouraged to explore the Hellenic Museum's other exhibitions after the tour.
