Dorcas McClean Scholarship Competition
The Dorcas McClean Travelling Scholarship for Violinists aims to support the music education of Australia’s top young violinists, aged between 17 and 25 years. Over two evenings (30 & 31 January), six semi-finalists present full-length recitals competing for a spot in the final (2 February).
As part of the program there is also special concert featuring the internationally-acclaimed Australian-American concert violinist and former Dorcas McClean Scholarship winner Adele Anthony, accompanied by pianist Louisa Breen (1 February).
