Build Your Own Megabeast
Wylah the Koorie Warrior is a best-selling book series inspired by First Nations culture, with giant animal guardians, invading dragons and magical totems.
Co-author and illustrator Richard Pritchard has created creature templates for you to design and build your own megabeast.
In this hands-on session for curious and crafty kids, you’ll assemble your creature’s parts, give it a name and a superpower, and have it live in Wylah’s world – on display in the Library for all to see.
Suitable for children aged 5–12 years, and their families.
Bring your favourite Wylah book for a signing session on Wednesday 24 September and 1 October from 1.30pm at Readings State Library.
