Book Launch: Women's Voices from the Revolution

ALTSEAN Burma is launching a ground breaking book called Women's Voices from the Revolution. This report is a powerful testimony to women’s resistance to military rule and control and against the oppression and sexual violence faced by women in militarised societies.

The book will be launched by Debbie Stothard, one of Asia’s leading human rights advocates and a former Secretary-General of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), and May Kim, the translator, contributing writer and producer of the book.
