An exhibition that exposes the often-camouflaged reality of family and domestic violence within the Australian Defence Force (ADF) community. The ANZAC legend that props up the Australian identity also prevents the public scrutiny of who Australia's Defence Force personnel actually are. Sharing their personal experiences as veterans and as ADF family members who have experienced violence, these artists will challenge your perceptions of this nation’s ANZAC myth.
WARNING: This is a trauma-informed exhibition based on the lived, family and domestic violence experiences of the exhibiting artists. This may be a confronting experience for some, so take good care when viewing the exhibition.
