TS Bookshop

The TS Bookshop offers an extensive range of books focusing on world philosophies and spirituality.

The bookshop evolved from the Reading Room for the Theosophical Society in Melbourne in the early 1900s and continues to support their aims by encouraging the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science.

They offer an extensive range of new and second-hand books, curated from specialised publishers and private collectors in Australia and around the world; ensuring your choice is wide and varied. There’s also a wide selection of tarot and divination decks, incense, resins, smudging herbs, CDs, vinyl, and crystals.

Please note the bookshop is currently only open on Thursdays and Fridays and the first Saturday of the month (noon to 4pm). Closed on public holidays.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
