Dining at Saluministi takes you on a journey through Italy. Meals are made fresh to order, using seasonal produce and traditional flavours.

The inspiration for Saluministi began in childhood: time spent amongst fresh produce; at the dinner table sharing moments with family; and in the kitchen watching deliciousness created with hands and hearts.

Enjoy grilled sandwich paninis such as the porchetta, with free-range, slow-roasted pork, artichoke paste, Pecorino Romano (hard, salty cheese) and rocket.​ Breakfast might be home-style muesli or a mortadella cornetto.
