Roll'd offers healthy, affordable and fresh Vietnamese street food including rice paper rolls, pho, banh mi and bun.
The menu is inspired by the family recipes of owner Bao Hoang's mother, Phien, who escaped from Vietnam to Australia as a refugee with her husband and two first born sons in 1981.
Established in 2012 in Melbourne, Roll'd has expanded to over 86 stores nationwide. Each morning, the same recipes are prepared, just as Phien prepared for her family, and her mother before her.
