Katsuretsu Co serves Tonkatsu, Japanese style pork striploin cutlet that has been brined and cured for around 2 days for the pork to become tender and juicy. Served with crispy fresh cabbage on the side, along with hot english mustard and pickled radish. Besides Tonkatsu pork, enjoy prawns and fried oysters. Vegetarian options include rice bowls with tofu and mushroom salad.
The restaurant seats around 25 customers at a time. As space is very limited, they do not take reservations.
