Located in the Melbourne Quarter development, opposite Southern Cross Station, Fishbowl specialise in made-to-order salads with a Japanese twist.
Using fresh, local produce, their salads involve a combination of thoughtfully sourced proteins. Think wild-caught tuna, Rangers Valley beef and hand pressed tofu. The dressings are all made in-house.
Bowls are also available, for those after something warmer or more substantial.
