Dingo Ate My Taco

  • Cafe
  • Takeaway

Dingo Ate My Taco dominates Melbourne's food truck scene with its famous birria tacos. Their made-from-scratch menu blends traditional, fresh ingredients, showcasing unique menu specials and classic staples like beef brisket, smoked chicken, and huitlacoche tacos. Mixing flavours from the Mexican-US border, this kitchen proves that good food can be made in a tiny space.

Perhaps a little less well known are Dingo’s breakfast tacos, inspired by the world-renowned Austin breakfast barbeque scene and available Thursdays at the Dingo Kitchen on St Kilda Rd.

The Dingo Kitchen is open on Thursday only, 11am until 8pm (or until sold out).
