Tour the Old Treasury Building Museum

  • Tour
  • Events

The Old Treasury building is one of very few gold rush era buildings still in use in the city.

This monthly tour showcases Old Treasury's exhibitions, as well as the beautiful building. See areas of the building inaccessible to the general public, including the Executive Council Chamber. This historic room is where the Governor of Victoria has met for over 160 years to sign legislation into law. Find out more about Melbourne's fascinating gold rush past.

Tours run on the last Sunday of the month; tickets are available two months in advance.
