Somos Ritmo is a vibrant two-act dance theatre experience that follows three friends whose living room daydreams spark an unexpected journey through the soul of salsa. When an old radio mysteriously begins to tune into more than just music, the trio is transported across the Caribbean – into the heart of Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic – encountering the roots, rhythms, and stories that shaped Latin music and dance.

In Act Two, the rhythm carries the friends to New York City, where cultures collide to create bold new expressions: mambo, cha-cha and boogaloo. Blending dance, singing, storytelling and music, this journey reveals that salsa is more than just a dance – it's history, identity, community and joy.
