Sous chef Nevra Aydin's brunch features a borek demonstration made from 15-year-old house sourdough and a question and answer session.
After the demonstration, delight in Nevra's traditional family recipes in a serpme kahvalti (breakfast spread) of house-made delicacies including Turkish eggs (menemen), savoury turnover (borek), a selection of cured meats, dips, olives, cucumber and tomato, fresh cheeses, herbs, Turkish figs in chai milk (incir uyutmasi), fruits and nuts honey yoghurt with oats, fresh-baked 15-yo sourdough (simit) with honey cream and house-made sour cherry jam, and yogurt drink (ayran).
Finish off the brunch anquet with traditional Turkish coffee and/or tea.
