Elvis Richardson: An Unsolved Study
An Unsolved Study examines circulated media images from 1965 surrounding the unsolved murders of Marianne Schmidt and Christine Sharrock at Wanda Beach, Sydney.
Elvis Richardson reconfigures in miniature the accustomed compositions of family snapshots and reconstructs the shock and solemnity depicted in photographs and news footage taken after the event in an arrangement of figurative ceramics and drawings.
Come along to the opening on Friday 3 May from 6pm to 8pm.
