In the heart of Melbourne, Kōri Ice Cream offers a unique Japanese-inspired twist to the city's ice cream scene. Founded by pastry chefs Joane Yeoh and Bernard Chu, Kōri Ice Cream presents 14 signature scoops and four bi-weekly specials.

Popular flavours include Hokkaido cheesecake ice cream, Fuji apple sorbet, yuzu sorbet, caramel purin ice cream, strawberry sudachi sorbet, miso banana caramel ice cream, and vegan-friendly tofu vanilla ice cream. The store also features a vending machine with 12 take-home tubs.

With its innovative flavours and thoughtful design, Kōri Ice Cream has become a favourite destination, blending cultural influences with modern aesthetics to create an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
