Parcs
Parcs is a small restaurant and wine bar, with a focus on considered eating and sustainability. About 50-70% of the produce here is upcycled from within The Windsor group, or grown in organic vegetable gardens.
The chef team at Parcs come from some serious fine dining pedigree, evident in the execution of a menu that will surprise and delight. This is conscious eating at its finest, with a menu (both a la carte and set) built around hyper-seasonality and ingredients at their prime.
This commitment to sustainability extends to the wine list, with 'hand and hoof', organic, biodynamic, regenerative and sustainable options.
Located just behind the Regent Theatre and close to the Capitol Theatre, Athanaeum Theatre and Melbourne's Theatre District, Parcs is a great spot for pre-theatre dining.
