Located on the sixth floor of Curtin House, Mesa Verde is a bar and restaurant offering a fresh, bold and modern Melbourne take on traditional Mexican food, along with one of Australia’s largest collections of tequila and mezcal.
The menu combines traditional classics and inventive signatures, including raw oysters with passionfruit and tarragon, kingfish ceviche tostadas, and crispy lamb ribs with ají criollo and fennel-apple slaw.
The drinks list features signature margaritas and an extensive list of other cocktails inspired by Mexican flavours – as well as wine, beer and cider, and of course, agave flights.
