Throwback Lounge

  • Free
  • Family and kids

Ah, the ‘90s. It was a nice time to be a kid. Technology gave us cable, Blockbuster Video, and limited access to the internet without being overwhelmed by stuff like TikTok.

Head back to the '90s at the Throwback Lounge, a multi-level venue, featuring a custom cereal bar with cereals from all over the world to taste and enjoy, washed down with a glass of milk of your choice and accompanied by a wide selection of '90s snacks such as pop-tarts, fairy bread and milkshakes.

The lounge will also host some free-to-play arcade games with a boom box playing your fave tracks from the decade. It's bound to send everyone back in time to an unforgettable era when double denim and matching tracksuit sets were a vibe.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.

We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection the Wurundjeri, Bunurong, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wadawurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin have to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We are committed to our reconciliation journey, because at its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples, for the benefit of all Victorians.
