Get out into the fresh air for a tai chi and qigong class on the deck at The Dock – it's the perfect mind and body exercise program.
Tai chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is an internal Chinese martial art that has been practiced in China since the 16th century. It's a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living.
Classes include qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; martial applications, forms and in time, weaponry. The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Participants must be fully vaccinated.
