
Practised in China since the 16th century, tai chi is a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living.
Classes include qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; and martial applications, forms and, in time, weaponry.
The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Participants must be fully vaccinated.
