Sea of Light
Embark on a journey of light and imagination. Paint your own voyage with a UV torch, and steer model ships that leave glowing paths in their wake in this interactive installation by Patch Theatre.
As you navigate the Sea of Light, you'll uncover artworks by Aboriginal contemporary artist, Elizabeth Close, illuminated across the sea floor. These paintings speak to the connection between land, sea, earth and waterways. Informed by the diversity of the Australian landscape, they reflect the deep relationship between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Country.
Enhanced by a gentle soundscape, Sea of Light is a unique sensory adventure for the whole family (ages 4+).
Duration 30-minutes, six sessions run throughout the day.
