Renowned culinary talent Ross Lusted presents The Journey to Woodcut as part of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

This intimate and one-night only dinner calls on a lifetime of travel, told through some of Ross’s favourite dishes from Sydney's The Bridge Room and his newest restaurant, Woodcut.

With a unique point of view and cooking style, Ross is influenced by his upbringing in South Africa and years of travelling and working throughout Asia, Europe and the United States.

A chef, designer, sculptor and restaurateur, Ross has lent his talent to critically acclaimed kitchens, resorts and hotels around the globe for over 30 years and been awarded a myriad of highly regarded accolades such as Chef of the Year 2016 and Hottest Chef in Australia in 2014.
