Downtown Yoga and Pilates

Downtown Yoga and Pilates features several of Melbourne's most prominent yogis and a comprehensive mix of styles. You'll find traditional instruction in alignment, sequence and form as well as innovative approaches to applying yoga in the modern world.

Classes on offer are reformer pilates classes, clinical pilates, yoga, barre classes, boxing and functional fitness. Yoga classes include: meditation, beginner, lyengar, flow, slow flow and yin yoga.

Fine-tune (or overhaul) your posture, muscle balance and movement patterns based on the latest research.
