Disability Sport and Recreation Festival

  • Free
  • Family and kids

Have fun at this inclusive, family-friendly event.

The Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Festival began in 2010. Held each year on International Day of People with Disability, it promotes and celebrates physically active lifestyles for people of all abilities.

It offers all Victorians, with and without disability, the opportunity to explore and experience accessible and inclusive sport and recreation through hands-on activities and information sharing.

With three activity zones showcasing a range of modified sports the festival is an excellent celebration of physically active lifestyles for all. Visitors can try a range of inclusive sports, meet Paralympians and watch teams compete in the AFL Wheelchair Corporate Challenge.
