Quanjude Restaurant

  • Restaurant
  • Licensed

Quanjude serves some of Melbourne's most authentic peking duck.

The original Quanjude is in Beijing and dates back to 1864. The Quanjude style is renowned around the world as the gold standard for Peking duck. The meat is tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, with a tantalising aroma. It's cut into delicate slices and wrapped in paper-thin pancakes, accompanied with slices of spring onion and sweet jam sauce.

You'll also find plenty of other options on the menu, including stir-fried noodles, beef fillet, lamb ribs, barbecued pork and dim sum.
