Miss Chu is a casual, hawker-style Vietnamese tuck-shop cafe that makes exquisite rice paper rolls, dumplings and pho at affordable prices.

The concept is simple: a small range of clean, fresh, healthy items produced to perfection.

They also do catering and dial-a-dumpling, delivering within a 1km radius on G-force electric bikes. Miss Chu uses organic and fair trade ingredients where possible. They cater to vegans and vegetarians, and their food is free of MSG and 99 per cent wheat free.
