Hemingway's Wine Room
The Hemingway’s Wine Room experience is focused on revitalising the elements of service, style, elegance and grace of the 1920s brasseries of New York, London and Paris.
Across two spaces, its Brasserie and Wine Bar, Hemingway's has created a European-inspired two- to five-course à la carte menu that celebrates Australian produce with carefully selected ingredients. Just popping in for a drink? Enjoy a curated list of bar snacks.
When it comes to the wine list, Hemingway’s Wine Room offers a concise combination of the old and new world. The East Melbourne location also heroes five cocktails inspired by Hemingway's writing, placing its own flair on each.
Special events:
Midweek Oyster and Champagne: freshly shucked oysters and wine by the glass specials.
Midweek Lunch: enjoy two courses and a complimentary glass of wine.
Bottle Shop Thursdays: half-priced bottles of wine all day.
Saturday Boozy Long Lunch: enjoy a three-course lunch and two hours of free-flowing wine.
