Bar Sabbatico

Bar Americano has taken a year-long break and reinvented itself as Bar Sabbatico. A snug bar of broom cupboard dimensions, you’ll find it tucked away in an alley off a laneway.

Owner Matt Bax and bartender Matty Packham still only serve cocktails, but the pair now offer a changing cocktail tasting menu of their most experimental drink creations.

Bookings essential for tasting menus (Thurs-Sat), walk ins possible if space allows. The outdoor laneway seating offers a casual à la carte cocktail menu and no bookings are required.
