The Library at the Dock's Summer Yoga program is designed to help calm the body, promote flexibility and focus concentration.
By practising breathing and yoga poses, anger, anxiety and stress are released and health and well-being is promoted.

Wear comfortable clothing and BYO drink bottle, towel, sunscreen and mat. Suitable for ages 14 years plus.
Outdoor sessions are weather dependant. If there is rain, the class will take place at the Library at the Dock, in the upstairs terrace.
