Description

Boasting unparalleled scenic views of the CBD skyline, the floating pontoon has been designed by Lucienne Hemmingway from Curious By Design, and this year her creative theme transports the Mediterranean to Melbourne, literally.

Arbory Afloat features a mix of citrus and green hues, complemented with lush garden beds, mature citrus and fig tree canopies offering a vibrant sensory experience.

Executive Chef Nick Bennett has tailored a menu taking influence from Cinque Terre's rugged coastline, romantic fishing villages and Italy’s casual approach to hospitality, offering small and large dishes designed to be shared.

The extensive cocktail list draws inspiration from fresh summer driven cocktails such as their Pomegranite Daquiri and Watermelon Sangria with some classic European influences and includes a list of eight gin and tonics.

Arbory Afloat has a strong focus on music with a Balearic broadcast curated by Sky Lab, featuring some of Australia's most forward-thinking DJs.

Guests are encouraged to go at their own pace and choose their own adventure. They can come to meet friends for a cocktail, stay for dinner at a table or one of the private dining spaces, book a daybed for the sunset or kick back and enjoy the DJ broadcast.
