This winter, The Westin Melbourne is bringing back its popular cheesy take on High Tea.

Partnering with Prahran Market cheese experts Maker & Monger, High Cheese serves up three tiers of sweet and savoury treats with cheese as the star ingredient.

Guaranteed to tempt cheese lovers everywhere, indulge with a deliciously gooey baked Normandy Camembert aux Calvados before you dine on Black Truffle, porcini and walnut layered Brie Fermier la Tremblaye; Swiss Gruyere Vieux Gougères with burnt green leek; and Marcel Petite Comté Réservation custard tarts, to name a few.

Not forgetting the sweet delights, indulge in the Poached French pear with stracciatella, fresh honeycomb and smoked macadamia crumble; or the Ruby chocolate parfait with Brillat Savarin frais and raspberry jam.
