Weirdoughs is a vegan patisserie, so they don't use butter, milk or eggs. Their pastries have been mastered using traditional French techniques, but use only plant-based ingredients. Macadamia, cashew and coconut oil butter forms the basis of Weirdoughs baked goods.
You can grab a fluffy turmeric custard doughnut, rolled in rhubarb sugar, or a vegan take on a ham and cheese croissant. After the sun goes down, things get a little weirder. Expect Aperol spritz doughnuts with blood-orange sugar, and champagne custard, topped with popping candy; pepperoni, olive and mozzarella pizza croissants; or chocolate-cauliflower ice-cream. Flavours will change monthly though, so get in quick!
St Ali provides a special coffee blend, developed just for Weirdoughs. There's also a range of chai.
