Souk restaurant and bar offers contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine. Dishes are inspired by the flavours of Arabia, North Africa and Turkey.
The upstairs dining space seats 80 people. The menu is designed to share with a selection of small and medium plates. Try the prawn falafel, served on smoked black tahini with coriander mayonnaise and tomato oil. Or try Kuwaiti fried harissa chicken - crumbed chicken ribs with hot chili pepper paste, sweet cucumber and garlic sauce.
The downstairs bar seats 50 and serves Arabian-inspired cocktails, including Aladdin’s Mistress with Moroccan green iced tea, crushed cardamom pods, white rum and dark rum, shaken with mint. Australian, European and Middle Eastern wines are also available.
