Sunda presents a confluence of Southeast Asian and Australian dining, from the Halim Group (of Hotel Windsor) and Head Chef, Khanh Nguyen.
Whilst Sunda’s menu is certainly firmly fixed towards flavours of South East Asia, it also embraces the native ingredients of Australia, with an emphasis on quality and refinement.
Designed to share, the contemporary menu includes the familiar met with the unforeseen. Starters like crispy and buttery roti, served with a curry made from an Australian staple - Vegemite.
