Singaporean-based 4Fingers Crispy Chicken have opened their first Australian store in Melbourne. Their aim is to deliver quality fast-food in a casual atmosphere. The pan-Asian flavours include the influence of Singapore and Malaysia, Korea and Japan, Chinese and Western cultures.
The menu includes chicken burgers on charcoal buns; deep-fried wings in spicy sauce; seafood salad; battered shrimp with chilli; kimchi coleslaw and fries with seaweed-spice dressing. Craft beers, cider and local wines are available.
Unlike some fast-food chains, the chicken is free-range, delivered fresh daily and antibiotic and hormone free. There are no artificial flavours or additives and meals are made-to-order.
