Christy Tania is one of Australia’s most creative and inspiring dessert chefs. She founded Glacé from her desire to re-invent the way Australian’s eat dessert. In this artisan dessert store "everything lives in a yellow submarine”. The menu features ten bespoke ice cream flavours and eight delicious cakes. There's also hand crafted desserts, including ice cream cakes and frozen push pops. A selection of savoury options are also available, and you can sit down, or takeaway. Originally from Indonesia, Christy has a pedigree culinary education earned in France and seven years of experience creating amazing desserts in Melbourne.
