Boilermaker House is a fun yet sophisticated, blues filled bar devoted to whisky, craft beer, meat and cheese.
They offer over 700 whiskies, laid out by flavour profile. There are also 12 revolving beer taps with another 70 boutique bottles available.
Cheese and charcuterie is available until 3am nightly. Lunch is Thursday to Sunday, with gourmet sandwiches of cold cuts and ploughman's boards. Dinner options nightly include oysters, vegetarian dishes, steaks and venison burgers.
